1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made on meetsoraya.com, operated by Soraya. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

Our products are food supplements and cosmetics. They are not medicines and do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. Results vary from person to person.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Orders

You receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We may cancel an order in case of a stock problem, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy. Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours and are delivered within 8 to 10 business days after shipping.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, for products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, as described in our refund policy. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or by not following the instructions on the packaging. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, within the limits allowed by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
