1. Satisfaction guarantee – 60 days
You have 60 days from receipt of your order to try your product. If you do not see a difference, you can request a full refund.
After this period, no refund or exchange can be offered.
2. Guarantee conditions
The guarantee applies to the product even if opened and used, provided you return the product(s) (or what remains) in their packaging.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return request
Before any return, you must contact our customer service at the following address:
stating:
- your order number
- the reason for your request
- a photo of the product(s), still in their original packaging
Our team will tell you the procedure to follow and the return address.
Any parcel sent back without prior approval from customer service cannot be processed.
4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a parcel without proof of delivery.
5. Damaged product or order error
If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at the following email address (after this period, no refund or replacement request can be accepted):
attaching:
- a photo of the product
- a photo of the damage
- a photo of the label
- a photo of the parcel if it is damaged
Without these, no claim can be opened with the carrier.
6. Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will let you know by email whether your request has been accepted.
If the request is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 48 to 72 business hours.
Depending on interbank processing times, it may take several days to appear on your account.
7. Special situations
In some cases (parcel already shipped, return logistically impossible, etc.), our customer service may offer an alternative solution to resolve the situation quickly.
