Order cancellation

Soraya does not sell subscriptions: every order is a one-time purchase, with no commitment and no recurring charge.

To cancel an order before it ships, email support@meetsoraya.com with your order number. An order cancelled before shipping is refunded in full. Once shipped, our refund policy applies.
